Full Job Description Description:

We’re hiring an experienced Auto Body Painter to join our team in a clean, industrial, temperature-controlled facility . This is a great opportunity to work in a professional environment with consistent hours and long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and taping Mix and apply paints, sealants, and finishes to vehicles or parts using spray guns and other tools Match paint colors and ensure smooth, even application Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and proper use of PPE Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production

Requirements:

Previous experience in auto body painting (auto body, industrial, or custom preferred) Strong attention to detail and finish quality Ability to use HVLP spray guns and related equipment Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing techniques Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts as needed Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sanding, bondo, priming, and taping Familiarity with industrial or commercial spray booth operations

Schedule:

1st Shift Overtime may be required during peak production
