Job Description:
We’re seeking reliable and experienced Auto Body Painters and Paint Helpers to join a growing production team. If you’ve worked in an auto body shop environment and know your way around bondo, sanding, taping, and priming — this is for you. This is not a residential or commercial painting role. We’re looking for individuals familiar with auto body preparation and finishing work who are ready to jump in and contribute right away.
Key Responsibilities:
Sanding, priming, and prepping parts and surfaces for paint Applying bondo and smoothing imperfections Masking and taping areas for paint application Assisting lead painters and maintaining a clean, safe work area Following safety guidelines and meeting production timelines
Requirements:
Prior auto body or collision shop experience required Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts during busy periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Work boots required. All other PPE provided. Tools provided on-site. Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential!
