Open to the right candidate willing to work Mon-Fri 8-5. A very successful Automotive Collision Center with strong community ties is now interviewing for our New and current Collision center location in Hendersonville and Arden NC located right off I-26. We are looking for a quality individual to join our successful team. This position requires someone who is a self starter that understands the importance of strong relationships with their customers.

You must have experience in the industry as an estimator and I-car certifications perfered. If you have a strong desire to succeed and are looking for a long term career come check out one of the best growing collision centers in the Arden/Asheville/Hendersonville area.

All Positions require:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy Ability to effectively communicate with others – verbal and written Working estimating knowledge, including CCC Strong sales and communication skills Organization and multi-tasking skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment Personable, friendly, positive behavior with customer service priority at the forefront Well maintained and professional appearance Positions are based in a normal shop environment.

Daily activity may consist of:

physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds as well as sitting and standing for extended periods of time during the estimating and disassembly process. The working environment consists of; exposure to fumes, chemicals and dust, along with high levels of noise and subjectivity to weather conditions both inside and outside. In addition, a regular exposure to work near mechanical parts. Mandatory requirement to wear protective equipment when necessary. Visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned is a must.
