The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending various materials and components to create high-quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive processes and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. The Blender will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet our quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix materials according to specifications. Perform buffing and auto glass installation tasks as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools for precise blending and finishing work. Conduct auto estimating to determine material requirements for projects. Assist in auto painting processes, ensuring proper application techniques are followed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to blended products. Handle heavy lifting of materials and components as required during the blending process. Participate in auto restoration projects, contributing expertise in vehicle maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Requirements Proven experience in buffing, auto glass installation, or related automotive skills is preferred. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools used in blending and automotive work. Strong understanding of auto estimating techniques and processes. Experience in auto painting is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for the role. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices is desirable. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
