The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition. This role involves working with various tools and techniques to repair, paint, and assemble vehicle components, ensuring high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged parts of vehicles. Execute airless paint spraying for a smooth and even finish on repaired surfaces. Detail vehicles post-repair to ensure they meet dealership standards for quality and appearance. Assemble various components of vehicles after repairs are completed. Work with auto glass installation and repair as needed. Collaborate with mechanics to address any underlying issues that may affect the vehicle’s performance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair, preferably in a dealership setting. Proficiency in welding and airless paint spraying techniques. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Knowledge of assembling vehicle parts and components effectively. Experience with auto glass installation is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to auto body repair are advantageous.
