out of 5 stars 3300 US Highway 70 Byp E, Goldsboro, NC 27534 We’re currently seeking an Experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our expanding team. If you have a strong background in automotive body shop estimating and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist both new and returning clients Perform accurate and timely collision estimates Order necessary parts and manage repair timelines Handle customer service tasks including phone calls and emails
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an automotive body shop Proficiency in CCC One or Pathways Estimating System High School Diploma or Technical School training in Automotive Collision Repair preferred Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to high-quality work The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, maintains a positive attitude, and demonstrates professionalism in every aspect of their work.
