Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in body work and knowledge surrounding medium to heavy-duty commercial trucks and equipment. The candidate will also be punctual and have a passion for their work and a commitment to excellence. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

Disassemble and reassemble vehicles and projects. Execute rust restoration projects. Perform prep and body work, rust work, sandblasting, and welding. Perform collision repairs, when required. Work outside as needed. Organize workspace, clean, and maintain property and tools. Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work duties. Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality.

Qualifications:

Experience in truck body work and painting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have basic tools. Must have positive work references.
