Immediate Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a wide range of vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance including brakes, suspension, and engine work
• Handle collision repairs, dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
• Sand, prep, mask, and apply paint with precision
• Mix and match paint for accurate finishes
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in general automotive repair and autobody/paint work preferred
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Proficient with shop equipment and tools
• Must speak one of the following languages: English (preferred), Spanish, Ukrainian
