The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and service management, with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and provide comprehensive estimates for repairs. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services. Responsibilities Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed. Prepare detailed estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate assessments. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and costs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards. Utilize software tools to document estimates and track repairs. Assist in managing customer relationships to enhance service satisfaction. Skills Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Experience in service writing and preparing detailed estimates. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance protocols and standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to align customer needs with available services effectively. Previous experience in automotive sales or service management is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
