Fiberglass Repair & Refinishing:
Sanding, trimming, and finishing fiberglass components to create a smooth, polished surface—just like in auto body repair or boat detailing.
Vacuum Resin Infusion Process:
Applying vacuum-sealed resin infusion techniques to reinforce fiberglass parts.
Mold & Material Prep:
Preparing molds and composite materials for lamination, ensuring top-tier quality. Precision Work with
Hand Tools:
Measuring, cutting, and shaping fiberglass materials for boats, similar to custom fabrication in automotive body shops.
Ensuring Quality & Consistency:
Monitoring resin flow and curing to produce high-end, durable boat components.
Following Safety Standards:
Handling chemicals and equipment responsibly in a safe, well-regulated environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Fiberglass lamination or resin infusion experience (auto, marine, or aerospace industry preferred). Auto body repair, detailing, or refinishing experience is a great fit! Boat or marine industry experience is a plus. Skills Required?: Ability to sand, trim, and finish surfaces to a high standard. Experience with vacuum bagging and resin infusion techniques. Familiarity with blueprints and hand tools. Comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Apply Today!
