As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including bodywork and frame straightening. Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged components. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed for repairs. Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate repair estimates. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology. Requirements Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Proficiency in welding and assembling vehicle components. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
