Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Custom Audio Installer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for designing, installing, and troubleshooting high-performance audio systems in vehicles and marine vessels. Experience with aftermarket electronics and clean, professional installations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install custom audio systems, including head units, amplifiers, subwoofers, and speakers Fabricate custom panels, enclosures, and mounting solutions Wire and integrate components cleanly and efficiently Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/audio issues Work on both automotive and marine applications Collaborate with team members on project design and execution Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in custom audio installation (automotive or marine) Strong understanding of 12V systems, audio tuning, and signal flow Fabrication skills a plus (fiberglass, wood, vinyl, etc.) Familiarity with DSPs, custom lighting, and integration with factory systems Own tools preferred (specialty tools and materials provided) Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
