The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to interpret schematics and effectively assemble various products. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and support during the installation process. This position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Interpret and work from schematics to ensure accurate installation of products. Operate a box truck for delivery and transportation of materials to job sites. Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Assemble products on-site according to specifications and customer requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process. Perform appliance repairs as needed, ensuring functionality and safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the installation field. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and apply electrical concepts. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques, particularly in refrigeration systems. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Ability to operate a delivery vehicle, including box trucks, safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assembly tasks. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
