Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter with professional experience in automotive, residential, or commercial tinting. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for precision, a clean installation technique, and the ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Install window tint films on vehicles, commercial buildings, and/or residential windows as needed Ensure all tint installations are bubble-free, wrinkle-free, and cut with precision Inspect glass surfaces prior to installation and prepare them properly Maintain clean and organized work area Communicate clearly with customers regarding tint options and legal requirements Provide estimates and timeframes when needed Maintain and care for tinting tools and materials Stay current on industry best practices, film types, and tint laws Assist with additional shop duties as required
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of professional window tinting experience required Strong attention to detail and steady hands Knowledge of film types, tools, and installation techniques Familiarity with automotive and/or architectural window tint laws Ability to work independently and produce clean, consistent results Good customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Why Join Us?
