The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto glass installation and repair, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and experience with various automotive systems, ensuring high-quality service for our customers. Duties Perform auto glass installations and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct thorough inspections of damaged glass to determine the best course of action for repair or replacement. Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate assessments and quotes for services. Collaborate with team members to assemble components and ensure timely completion of projects. Handle heavy lifting and maneuver large glass pieces safely during installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Stay updated on advancements in automotive technology, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) integration related to glass installations. Experience Previous experience in auto glass installation or repair is preferred. Knowledge of dealership operations and familiarity with auto body repair processes is a plus. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems is essential. Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
