The Role We’re seeking a skilled Window Tinter who also has the flexibility and willingness to contribute to automotive detailing tasks . This is a flex position designed to help us meet current demand, drive in-house sales, and grow into the next chapter of our business. You’ll be working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where every member wears multiple hats. While your main skillset should be professional window tinting , we will train and support you in other areas as needed (e.g., ceramic coating, basic/interior detailing). Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality automotive window tint installations (primarily ceramic tint) Prep vehicles thoroughly and ensure a dust-free, clean work area Provide support on detailing services : interior/exterior cleaning, vacuuming, hand washes, and more Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and tools Deliver exceptional service with a team-first mentality Follow all shop SOPs, safety standards, and client quality expectations What We’re Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of professional window tint experience Strong attention to detail, clean cuts, and confidence with film application Willingness to contribute to vehicle detailing and learn new skills A team player with a humble, hungry, and dependable attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued) Experience with ceramic coating , paint protection film , or vinyl wraps Familiarity with luxury or exotic vehicles Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Perks & Growth Competitive pay + performance-based bonuses Training and certifications provided for new services Career growth opportunities as we scale into our new location Positive team culture with leadership that invests in YOU Be part of a business built on values, faith, and excellence Join the Movement This isn’t just a job.
