Tint Shop Assistant Window Solutions Inc 161 Sebastian Boulevard, Sebastian, FL 32958 Window Solutions Inc. is a fast-paced, high-quality window tinting business specializing in automotive, residential, and commercial services. We take pride in using top-tier films and providing excellent customer service. We’re currently seeking a motivated Shop Helper who’s eager to learn the trade and grow within the company. As a Shop Assistant , you’ll play an essential support role in our tinting shop. You’ll assist our lead installers with automotive tint projects, learn how to cut film using our plotter system, and become familiar with industry-specific software. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and wants to build a career in the window tinting industry. Responsibilities
- Assist in cutting window film using plotters and tint software
- Help prepare vehicles for tint installation and inspect them before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and workspace
- Support installers with tasks during automotive window tint jobs
- Learn and follow safety procedures, film handling, and installation prep techniques
- Communicate clearly with team members and help manage workflow in a busy shop setting Qualifications No experience necessary – training provided Interest in automotive or skilled trades a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the company Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$14.00 – $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
