This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the craft of automotive window tinting in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll receive one-on-one training from experienced professionals and gain the technical and customer service skills needed to build a long-term career in the window tint industry. What You’ll Do Assist with prepping vehicles for tint application (cleaning, taping, disassembling panels, etc.) Learn and support the tinting process, including film handling and installation techniques Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Help with vehicle intake, final inspection, and customer handoff Observe and practice strong customer service and communication skills What We’re Looking For Great attention to detail and pride in doing quality work A positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using hand tools (e.g., utility knives, squeegees, heat guns) Physically able to lift and move items, crouch, and stand for long periods A genuine interest in window tinting, automotive customization, or hands-on work No prior experience required — just a teachable spirit and strong work ethic Why Tint Tally?
