Total Offroad & More / Total Appearance is seeking a reliable and experienced Window Tinter for dealership preload work. This position focuses on pre-tinting new vehicles before they are sold , with occasional add-on work such as windshield and sunroof tinting . You’ll benefit from working with a streamlined, proven process — backed by leadership that truly understands the trade. Our National Director has over 45 years of experience in the window film industry and is here to support you with guidance, quality control, and a clear path to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-tint new vehicles at partnered dealerships Occasionally tint windshields, sunroofs, or fulfill customer upgrades Ensure clean, bubble-free, high-quality film installations Maintain professionalism while working at dealership locations Follow a proven workflow that helps you tint efficiently and correctly Communicate clearly with team and dealership staff

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of automotive window tinting experience Proficient with shrinking and applying film to all glass types Must provide your own tools Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Experience with ceramic films preferred (Llumar or similar)
