Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Windshield Installers. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and all necessary tools and equipment, if necessary. If you’re reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and want to build a career in the auto glass industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Install and replace windshields and auto glass according to safety and quality standards. Assist with preparing vehicles for glass installation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Provide excellent customer service. Follow company procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and attend training (fully provided). Good communication and teamwork skills.
