We’re Hiring:

Auto Glass Technicians (Full-Time)

Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently looking to hire multiple individuals with prior auto glass experience. While 3+ years of experience is preferred, we will consider applicants with a minimum of 2 years, depending on knowledge, skill, and professional references. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years ( preferred 3+ ) experience in auto glass installation and removal (windshields, side windows, back glass, etc.). Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record. Solid understanding of technical specs, installation diagrams, and various types of glass and vehicles. Experience with ADAS ( Advanced Driver Assistance Systems ) calibration preferred, understanding of the importance of proper alignment and calibration following windshield replacement. Technicians with ADAS experience will be prioritized during the application process. Skilled with tools and techniques used in auto glass repair and replacement. Able to lift 50-75 lbs. and stand, bend, twist, and maneuver around vehicles for extended periods. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, in varying weather. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. AGSC certification is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities Install and Replace Glass:

Safely remove and install windshields, side and rear windows, and sunroofs across a variety of makes and models.

Perform Glass Repairs:

Evaluate damage and conduct chip/crack repairs where appropriate.

Mobile Service Delivery:

Drive a company van to homes, dealerships, and body shops to provide on-site service.

Customer Interaction:

Explain work being performed, provide estimates, and ensure customers feel confident and respected.

Safety First:

Follow all safety protocols and best practices for handling glass, tools, and chemicals.

Documentation:
