Job Description :

As a Window Tint Installer, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint film to a variety of vehicles, ensuring a clean, bubble-free finish that meets customer expectations and legal standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with at least 2 years of tinting experience who takes pride in their work. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus offset commission, with the potential to earn up to $80,000/year based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately install window tint film on all vehicle windows (sides, rear, and front strip) using hand-cut and plotter methods Clean and prepare glass surfaces to ensure optimal film adhesion and a dust- and bubble-free application Use heat guns and proper techniques to shrink and mold film to curved glass surfaces without creases Perform quality checks and final trims for a clean, professional finish Ensure all installations comply with South Carolina and Georgia state tint laws Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and materials Complete assigned jobs within expected timeframes while maintaining high quality standards Communicate effectively with team members, service advisors, and management Identify and correct any issues with film application, including bubbles, dirt contamination, or misalignment

What You Need:

Minimum 2 years of automotive window tinting experience Strong attention to detail and precision in installation Familiarity with tint laws and film types (ceramic, carbon, dyed, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

Beneficial Previous Experience:

Automotive window tinting (mobile or shop-based) Paint Protection Film (PPF) application Vinyl wrap installation (partial or full vehicle wraps) Automotive detailing (interior/exterior) Windshield replacement or glass installation Automotive reconditioning or customization work

Minimum Qualifications:
