In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components, ensuring that vehicles are safe and compliant with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace automotive glass including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Assess damage to glass and determine the appropriate repair or replacement methods. Use specialized tools and equipment to safely handle glass materials. Ensure proper sealing and fitting of glass components to prevent leaks and ensure structural integrity. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and any additional recommendations. Keep accurate records of work performed on each vehicle. Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
