Automotive Care Center Associate 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 21141 State Highway 59, Robertsdale, AL 36567 Position Summary… As an Automotive Sales Associate you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department and deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations. Duties and Responsibilities Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving customer issues and concerns, promoting products and services, maintaining a safe shopping environment, and appropriately representing a nd supporting the company’s mission. Provides Tire and Lube Express (TLE) products and services to customers by identifying customer needs, explaining TLE products and services, p rocessing customer service requests, and ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. Receives and stocks merchandise throughout the Facility and organizes and maintains the backroom by following Company safety, cleaning, and operating procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation. Operates equipment, such as cash registers and related tools, to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold. Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise and supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment.
