What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (automotive or service training is a bonus). Previous service advisor/writer experience (dealership experience is a big plus). Strong car knowledge — especially GM, CDJR, Ford, or domestic makes (but we welcome all brands). Excellent people skills, organized, and cool under pressure. Tech-savvy and comfortable with dealership software. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
