Responsibilities Perform thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs. Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Requirements Proven experience as a technician or mechanic in an automotive setting. Strong knowledge of powertrain systems and automotive diagnostics. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
