RV Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 273 Schwaiger Road, Cullman, AL 35055 Johnston RV Center is looking for RV service technicians for our location in Cullman. Must have tools, have dependable transportation and be able to pass a drug test. Interviews will be scheduled ASAP. Responsibilities 1) Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections 2) Perform wash and detail of retail sold units 3) Work with customers to understand repairs needed 4) Diagnose cause of damaged or inoperable components on an RV 5) Repair damaged or inoperable components on an RV 6) Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner, meet or exceed company standards, and return RVs to the owners in a state that is clean and ready for camping 7) Identify and request parts that are needed for repair 8) Follow company processes closely Skills 1) Experience with basic Windows for PC 2) Microsoft Suite 3) Mechanical 4) Carpentry 5) Plumbing 6) Electrical 7) Hydraulics 8) Strong communication skills. (Must accurately report detailed information regarding repairs to cusotmers, the Service Manager, Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk, and Upper Management.) Education 1) High School Diploma (GED) 2) College Degree in relevant fields is a plus (Not required) 3) RV Industry Technical certifications are a plus (Not required)
