Summary We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Hendrick Automotive Group. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your expertise will help ensure that our customers receive top-notch service while fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication regarding vehicle issues and service options. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services while explaining necessary work to customers in an understandable manner. Manage customer appointments and follow up on service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Promote additional services based on customer needs, contributing to overall sales growth. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects the professionalism of Hendrick Automotive Group. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service advising or a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Sales experience in an automotive setting is a plus. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
