The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and diagnostics, with a focus on Import vehicles. This role requires proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Technician are responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Duties Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and other vehicle systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs. Provide high-quality automotive service while adhering to safety protocols and company standards. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Communicate effectively with advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair options. Assist with auto repair as needed to ensure comprehensive vehicle service. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Experience Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, particularly with import vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in an automotive setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to advisors. Previous experience in automotuve repair is required. A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are advantageous.
