Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of semi-tractors and trailers. This role requires a strong understanding of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and diagnostic tools, as well as the ability to perform both routine and complex repairs. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Starting pay $27.00 per hour.

Required Experience:
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Basic repairs and maintenance of diesel-powered tractors and semi-trailers to include PM inspections, tire and wheel maintenance, basic brake, lighting repairs and safety equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred, demonstrated past problem solving, tool usage, and repair experience required
- 1-2 years of automotive or diesel experience or education preferred
- Basic computer skills required for data entry into maintenance systems
- Must have own tools.
