The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance, including tire service and oil changes. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing various hand tools and equipment to ensure vehicles are operating at their best. The Technician will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire services. Light Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain a ultra clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Assist in sales by promoting services and products that enhance vehicle performance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards. Skills Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in a dealership or automotive environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and teamwork. Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote services confidently.
