Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting every customer with energy, empathy, and professionalism Accurately documenting customer concerns and creating detailed repair orders Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Reviewing completed work and ensuring the customer understands everything Managing parts and repair timelines to support shop efficiency Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment We’re Looking for

Someone Who:

Is highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Can multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy shop environment Has excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust Thrives in a team-oriented culture where collaboration matters Is comfortable learning new technology and shop management systems Brings previous experience in customer service or the automotive field (preferred, not required) Has a valid driver’s license and a can-do attitude
