You will work in a great team environment at a customer-centric group of dealerships where your primary responsibility is handling inbound service customer calls and following up with customers after their repair or service visit .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written communication, phone, and texting skills
• Call center or BDC experience a plus
• Experience in a team environment preferred
• This position requires a high activity level to develop the necessary knowledge and relationships that will be important to the success of this role as an appointment-setting team member
• Professional and polished telephone skills
• Ability to send video responses to customer inquiries
• Ability to manage a detailed reporting regimen
• Internal drive to meet goals and objectives while working independently.
• Ability to establish priorities to complete pre-defined tasks and achieve objectives.

COMPENSATION

Full-time position includes hourly pay, plus significant monthly flat rate bonuses based upon appointments that show and buy.
