Job Description
ASE Certified Auto Technician Gils Auto Sales 3961 US Highway 80 W, Phenix City, AL 36870 Local dealership is need of ASE certified automotive technicians. The competitive pay rate will coincide with experience and level of certification. A full benefit package is included with employment.
Duties will include:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations. Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations. Inspect vehicles according to company set inspection standards. Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness. Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required Valid Drivers License required ASE certification required 3+ years’ of service technician experience Willingness to participate in in-house training Ability to operate all auto repair tools Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must
