Job Summary We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tire & Lube Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance and tire services including tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations, and TPMS procedures. This is an excellent entry point into the automotive industry with opportunities for training and career growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle oil, filter, and lubrication services Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires Inspect and adjust tire pressure and tread depth Check and top off fluids: engine oil, brake fluid, transmission, differential, coolant, and windshield washer Replace engine and cabin air filters Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and service procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training; or a minimum of 6 months of experience as a tire technician Some experience with basic vehicle maintenance and tire services Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work efficiently Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Willingness to assist team members with other tasks as needed to support shop operations Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service Ability to occasionally interact with customers and provide information in a clear and professional manner Maintain a clean and professional appearance Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
