• Automotive Mechanic
• for a company based inTuscaloosa, AL. Inthisrole, you willhave the opportunity togrow with a locally owned company. You will primarily be responsible for diagnostics, engine repair, and maintenance on vehicles.
• Pay Rate
• $20.00 to$30.00 per hour(based on experience)
• Schedule and Hours
• Monday through Friday,700 am to 500 pm.
• Automotive MechanicDuties and Responsibilities
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues with a vehicles engine, transmission, and electrical system.

Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.

Use provided part descriptions and manuals to perform maintenance.

Test and adjust repaired systems.

Complete all paperwork needed.

• Automotive MechanicQualificationsandRequirements
• Previous experience in an industrial or shop environment is preferred.

Certification or some schooling in Automotive Mechanics or related field is preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
