Lube Technician C4 Equipment Rental and Sales Pea Ridge, AR 72751 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heavy equipment maintenance, particularly in fluid checking and other routine services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers. Ensure all machines go out to customers that are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid replacements on various pieces of equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing any customer inquiries. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to maintenance as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose equipment issues effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the workshop environment. Sales experience is a plus, as you may be involved in recommending additional services to customers.
