We’re offering a Technician Trainee Program designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and committed to building a long-term career as a certified technician. Under the direct supervision of a Certified Master Technician, you’ll receive real-world training while working in a modern, supportive service department. Upon successful completion of the training and certification process, you’ll transition into a high-earning Certified Technician role. What You’ll Learn How to perform vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and basic repairs Step-by-step diagnostic procedures and repair techniques using Nissan and Ford factory systems How to operate diagnostic tools and dealership service software Manufacturer processes, safety procedures, and dealership quality standards Effective communication with service advisors and team members

Program Structure Mentorship-Based:

You’ll work side-by-side with a certified technician mentor.

Hands-On:

Training is integrated into daily tasks in the service department.

Progressive:

As you build skills and complete certifications, your responsibilities—and pay—will grow.

Goal-Oriented:

Path to become a Certified Ford/Nissan Technician with earnings of $50•60/hour. Qualifications Prior mechanical or trade experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, move, and work around automotive equipment safely

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$15.00•$20.00/hour based on experience

Certification Incentive:

Potential to earn $50.00•$60.00/hour after completing Nissan or Ford certification
