Lube Oil Technician Arkansas Tire & Auto Service 2304 East Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and routine maintenance services on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance services, including filter replacements and tire rotations. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs or services. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and promoting additional services as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or as a service technician with ASE certification is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required. Familiarity with oil change procedures and vehicle maintenance practices. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service and sales abilities. Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus. Ability to align vehicles properly using appropriate tools and techniques. Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends.
