In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for understanding their vehicle needs, writing accurate repair estimates, explaining services, and coordinating with technicians to ensure top-quality work and a smooth service experience. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and over the phone Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms accurately Write accurate and detailed repair estimates using custom labor times and Shop-Ware Communicate service recommendations clearly and honestly Generate repair orders and obtain customer authorizations Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and precise job completion Maintain customer communication throughout the service process Review final repair orders with customers and explain services performed Upsell preventative maintenance and recommended services when appropriate Handle warranty and insurance documentation as needed Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role Strong communication and organizational skills Proven ability to write accurate service estimates and explain them clearly Familiarity with Shop-Ware or similar shop management systems preferred Understanding of automotive systems and repair processes; ASE certification a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
