Lube Technician Take 5 Oil Change West Haven, CT 06516 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are well-maintained and running smoothly. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and equipment to maintain and repair vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and answering any questions. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Resetting vehicle maintenance reminders as part of service. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Sales skills to promote additional services based on customer needs. Ability to work well as part of a team. Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality service delivery.
