Full Job Description Overview:
High-end classic car restorations company is seeking a Client Service & Operations Associate to join our team full-time. This in-office role (typically Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with occasional additional hours depending on client needs) is ideal for someone with a strong interest in classic vehicles and proven experience in automotive client service or workshop role . You’ll be responsible for supporting client relationships, and various operational and logistics functions. A passion for vintage 4x4s and heritage motoring is essential, as is availability to represent the brand at regional Cars & Coffee events and other weekend gatherings .
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Development Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and successful outcomes. Collaborate with the build and creative teams to tailor updates for projects underway Draft and maintain client service reports throughout the restoration process, including preparing written work reports detailing the work performed, taking photos of projects underway etc Provide updates to clients and support exceptional service from contract to delivery Help manage communication between internal teams and clients Operational Support Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client service delivery. Assist with parts research, sourcing, supplier coordination, and ordering Support the coordination of vehicle transports and deliveries Track project and logistics documentation and assist with internal process workflows Event Participation Represent Legacy Overland at regional weekend events (Cars & Coffee, enthusiast meetups, trade shows) Network with classic car enthusiasts and identify new business opportunities Capture and follow up on leads from event participation
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a car dealership Effective public speaking abilities, comfortable presenting information clearly and confidently. Minimum 3 years of experience in car related business and/or client service roles Passion for classic cars , 4x4s, and vehicle restoration Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) Goal-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 , plus evenings and weekends as required Driver’s license required Nice to
Have:
Existing network in the classic or luxury automotive community Experience working in or around vehicle restoration, collector car dealerships, or bespoke auto services Familiarity with CRM tools and logistics coordination
