Summary This position is responsible for completingthe routine scheduled maintenance and quality control on allvehicles through the Quick Lube Department. Employee fulfillsprimary responsibilities through attention to detail, hard workethic and the ability to complete a variety of services. PrimaryResponsibilities

• Fulfills maintenance needs on each vehicle
• Ability to complete top, middle and bottom level of servicesaccurately and efficiently, in accordance with dealership andfactory standards
• Drains oil from crankcase and refills withrequired amount of oil
• Replaces oil, air and cabin filters asrequired
• Performs tire rotations to ensure even tire wear
• Completes multi-point inspection
• Inspects vehicle fluid levels,replaces or replenishes as necessary.
• Checks tire pressure andadds air if needed
• Lubricates moving parts with specifiedlubricants
• Inspects vehicle for possible leaks
• Makesrecommendations for additional services based on MPI
• Communicateswith team clearly and consistently
• Communicates with partsdepartment to obtain needed parts
• Directly reports to the TeamLeader for performance check-in’s, time off and questions
• Reportsmachinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor
• Takes part in allrequired Toyota and MMT training
• Understands, keeps abreast ofand complies with federal, state and local regulations, such ashazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
• Keeps shop areaneat and clean
• Maintains and is accountable for alldealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the properplace and in the same condition as when they were received
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.

Flexible Benefits Plan Requirements:

• Previous experience in a quick lube, automotive service, or as atechnician is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity withbasic automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluidchecks, and filter replacements is preferred.
• Strong mechanicalaptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform multipletasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge ofautomotive systems and components.
• ASE (Automotive ServiceExcellence) certification is a plus but not required to start.
• Additional certifications related to automotive service may bebeneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physicaltasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extendedperiods.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively withcustomers and explain services performed.
• A customer-focusedapproach with the ability to provide excellent service.
• Strongattention to detail to ensure all work is performed correctly andsafely.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends andholidays, as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to newprocedures and technologies in the automotive industry.
