In this role, you will support our automotive service operations while ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability in the used car market. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support mechanics in performing automotive diagnostics and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Help manage inventory of automotive parts and supplies. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
