The ideal candidate will have experience in window tinting and strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work with various hand and power tools. This role involves applying window film to vehicles, ensuring high-quality installation while adhering to industry standards and customer satisfaction. Would prefer experience in detailing as well. 2+ Years Experience is required Responsibilities Apply window tint film to vehicles, ensuring precision and quality in installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, trimming, and fitting window film. Conduct auto estimating for tinting projects, providing accurate assessments of materials needed. Assemble necessary components for installation and ensure proper glass installation techniques are followed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and high levels of customer service. Stay updated on the latest trends in window tinting techniques and materials. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window tinting. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in glass installation. Familiarity with auto-estimating processes for accurate project assessments. Experience in dealership environments or auto body repair is a plus. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is beneficial for understanding vehicle structures. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
