Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable Boat Trailer Service and Repair Technician to join our team. As a Boat Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for the service, repair, maintenance, and assembly of trailers. This is a hands-on position that requires strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on trailers
- Assemble and install various trailer components
- Maintain and align trailer suspensions, axles, and brakes
- Inspect trailers for safety and compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair trailer wiring and lighting systems
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed for trailer repairs
- Operate heavy equipment for trailer maintenance tasks
Skills:
- Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to assemble, maintain, and align trailer components
- Experience with heavy lifting and suspension work
- Knowledge of brake repair and maintenance
- Competent in operating heavy equipment for forklift operation This is a part-time/full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
