Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to address inquiries and provide information about automotive products and services. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing inbound and outbound calls effectively. Assist customers with resolving any issues they may have encountered. Provide bilingual support to enhance customer experience for non-English speaking clients. Document customer interactions in the system to ensure accurate records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience! Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and communication, in-person and over the phone! Bilingual a PLUS! Positive mindset with high energy throughout the workday! Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections! Ability to problem solve to identify customer’s needs! Focuses on the customer’s needs! Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills! Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various CRM tools!
