Duties Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Assess customer needs by discussing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate services such as oil changes, alignments, and repairs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history. Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed about progress. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Stay updated on automotive technology trends and service techniques to provide informed recommendations to customers. Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service management or as an automotive sales representative is preferred. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and automotive systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
