As a result of exponential growth in our industry, we are in immediate need of Install Support Agents for our Fort Lauderdale, FL location. WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO BE AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE SUPPORT AGENT!
As an Automotive Service Support Agent, your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Ituran Customer Success Specialists with technical support during GPS device installation & activation calls
- Guiding installers & auto technicians over the phone on how to install products in vehicles and equipment
- Troubleshooting GPS devices that might be having issues
- Authorizing repair appointments for customers
- Working closely with dispatchers to schedule service calls
- Providing training to new installers over the phone or in person/onsite Ideal candidates will possess:
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish & English
REQUIRED
- Ability to work Saturdays Remotely (Rotating, 1-2 per month)
- Ability to commute to the office on required days (MON-THUR are Required In-Office Days)
- Electro-mechanical knowledge and the willingness and ability to learn the
ITURAN GPS
- Experience with 12-volt aftermarket installs of items like audio/stereo, car alarms, and GPS devices or other Low Voltage devices
- Automotive technicians with electrical experience and an understanding of vehicle wiring systems product and installation process
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems
- Ability to read & understand diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills to help troubleshoot and find solutions
- Strong focus on customer service , with patience and the ability to listen and guide customers
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) and professional phone etiquette
- Good computer skills & typing ability (proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to:
