Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled European Specialty Automotive Shop Foreman, Master Technician to join our team at GCD. If you are passionate about European cars and have a strong background in automotive repair, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the automotive shop Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues on European specialty vehicles Train and mentor junior technicians Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Master Technician with a focus on European vehicles ASE certification and/or factory training from European automotive manufacturers Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
